Website Made Entirely of Chocolate

No really. This website is actually made of chocolate. Every banner, every button, was meticulously crafted by chocolatier Victor Nunes, then photographed, digitized, and coded.

The site was created for Portuguese brewer Sagres to promote their new chocolate stout. Besides helping to increase beer sales, the site should also be successful at making every other website not made of food look silly.

Still asking yourself, ‘How does chocolate make internet?’ Please watch this.

I think the interesting part is how both sites claim to be ‘The World’s First Chocolate Website’. But agreed, nothing wrong with a little ‘inspiration’.

Personally I like the Sagres site better-even if they were inspired from another site (ripped is such a harsh word).

Wow Keren… I’m going to look into that. Perhaps we have a bit of controversy here. Thanks for sharing.

Does anyone know when this was launched? There’s a site almost exactly the same in NZ – looks like someone ripped someone’s idea off. http://www.whittakers.co.nz/

    What a deliciously brilliant idea!
