Chew on your pen much? Now you can chow down while you contemplate. Dave Hakkens, a student at the Design Academy Eindhoven, designed an edible pen for the truly ambitious chewers.
Hakkens explained, “I just wanted to make something so I could chew on my pen without making it dirty.” Also considering that most pens become 90% waste, why not eat it? Even the ink is edible — just don’t eat the ballpoint, because that would be gross.
